How many charms can I add and how is the extra charm fee applied?
The 1st charm is included in the price; you can add up to 4 charms in total. Each extra charm appears as a separate line in your cart. Charms are placed on the bracelet in the order you choose them, as shown in the live preview.
Which size should I choose?
For bracelets, measure your wrist tightly with a measuring tape and use our Size Chart. Necklace lengths are written in the product description.
Need a size that's not on the chart? Contact us — we can make custom sizes.
When will my order ship?
Orders within Turkey ship with Yurtiçi Kargo the next day, with free shipping on orders of 900₺ and above. International orders ship with DHL Express.
Can I return or exchange?
This item is made to your choices, so it can't be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your letters, charms and size before ordering.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid contact with perfume, water, bleach and lotions, and overexposure to sun. Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth to keep its shine.
